Empire of dragons

This book is a little bit of fiction and a little bit of truth. Ok, more fiction than truth. However, it's a very good novel. Most of the characters and historical facts are false, but there are some true things. But that's not important. The important thing is that this novel is one of those books that you can't stop reading it until you finish it. (Well, at least that's what happened to me.) If you have the oportunity to read it, please, do it.

It's about some roman soldiers that have troubles. Some how, they go to China. There, they get to know a whole new world, full of mistic thoughts. At combat, the difference of styles makes a very interesting thing. Just imagine, Chinise Kung-Fu against Roman brute force, but at the same time, very well orginized.

I loved the hole plot. The thing is that the novel makes you think that it could happen in real history. Why not? Everything is very logical. Also this guy, Valerio Massimo Manfredi, is a teacher and researcher, so many things fit in real history. That's a plus that makes it very cool.

Also, the book made me think about many things. Friendship, leadership, trust, faithfulness, and more things. I tell you, if you are looking for a good novel to read this summer, this is THE book. And after you read it, please let me know your opinion about it, ok?
